That's right. The discovery call, the quote and the first working prototype are all completely free. You only pay the one-off build fee once you've seen your site and approved it. There's no risk in getting started.
A fully custom build starts at £249 as a one-off, plus £15 / mo for managed hosting if you'd like me to host and look after it. That's the Launch package, and it's where most businesses start. If you need more, like bookings or online quotes, the Grow plan builds those tools for you and is quoted to fit after a free chat. Extra pages, email inboxes and other add-ons are listed on the pricing page.
Every Launch site comes with SEO set up from day one: page titles and descriptions written around what your customers search for, structured data so Google understands your business, a sitemap, fast pages that work well on phones, and your site submitted to Google Search Console. That gives you the best possible start. Climbing the rankings over time also depends on things like reviews, your Google Business Profile and fresh content, and I'm happy to advise on those.
